Transforming a Leamington Spa Garage: A Bold Design with Hormann LPU42 D-Ribbed Design

A recent project in Leamington Spa presented a unique challenge: to transform a twin garage with limited drive-through width into a modern and spacious garage. The homeowner sought to enhance both the functionality and aesthetics of the property while maximizing driveway space.

To achieve this, we collaborated with a structural engineer and a local builder to remove the central brick pillar separating the two garage openings. This structural modification allowed us to install a single, imposing Hormann LPU42 sectional door with a striking D-Ribbed design.

Finished in a sleek Anthracite Grey (RAL 7016) with a smooth Silkgrain finish, the LPU42 not only provides a modern and elegant aesthetic but also significantly improves driveway access. The D-Ribbed design adds a bold and contemporary touch, creating a visually impressive focal point for the property.
